Unable to install the received apps (Fix)

This problem can arise due to one of the following reasons due to which you are unable to open the received app and install it.

Data Loss During Transfer

  • Due to any network issue, data loss may have occurred during the process due to which you are unable to install the apk. Try transferring the app again and see if the problem still persists.

App Incompatibility

  • It may be that there may be app incompatibilities such as unmatched app version, signature and not supported operating system(Older Version) due to which you are unable to install the received apk.
  • Make sure that the Operating System of your device is supported by the app and is not an older version.
  • If the problem still persists, try rebooting your device and transferring the app(s) again.
